Because personalized products are made uniquely for each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want your keepsake to arrive safely and beautifully.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with the product you received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and help make it right.
