Personalized With Care
Each My Pawsome Memories bracelet is individually handcrafted and personalized using the photo and details you provide. Because every piece is created especially for you and cannot be resold, personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@mypawsomememories.com.
Once we have started creating your personalized bracelet, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify the order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want your memorial bracelet to be something you can treasure.
If your bracelet arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the personalization information you submitted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mypawsomememories.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a complimentary replacement, remake, or refund.
Customer-Submitted Personalization
Please carefully review your pet's photo, name, date, and other personalization information before placing your order.
We are unable to provide complimentary replacements or refunds for errors in information submitted by the customer once production has begun.
Lost Packages
If tracking confirms that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier and arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
